External Editorial Contributors and Reviewers Distributed model with per-manuscript expert engagement

Education Tomorrow operates a distributed editorial model to ensure subject-matter rigor and interdisciplinary coverage.

Scholarly evaluation of manuscripts is conducted by a network of independent reviewers, guest editors, and volunteer editorial contributors drawn from academia and professional practice. These contributors are engaged on a per-manuscript and per-issue basis, depending on the expertise required.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process, coordinated by the Editorial Management Team. Reviewer selection is based on subject relevance, experience, and availability.

To maintain flexibility and ensure alignment with the scope of each issue, external contributors are not permanently listed but are appointed dynamically.

Editorial Independence and Ethics Decisions based on scholarly merit, consistent with COPE principles

While the journal is published by the Kipchumba Foundation, all editorial decisions are made independently and are based solely on scholarly merit, reviewer reports, and ethical considerations. Editorial decisions are not determined solely by the publisher.

Education Tomorrow adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and malpractice prevention, consistent with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Acknowledgment of Key Scholarly Contributors Prof. Simiyu Wandibba and the late B. E. Kipkorir

The journal wishes to acknowledge, with deep appreciation, the contributions of distinguished scholars who have played an important role in shaping its intellectual foundation.

We are particularly grateful to Prof. Simiyu Wandibba of the Institute of Anthropology, Gender, and African Studies (IAGAS), University of Nairobi, whose consistent support in the areas of culture and anthropology has significantly enriched the journal's scholarly direction.

We also honor the enduring legacy of the late B. E. Kipkorir (PhD, University of Cambridge), whose guidance and intellectual leadership were instrumental in coordinating the inaugural conference that led to the first volume of the journal. His expertise in African history and culture, as well as his commitment to rigorous scholarship, remain a lasting source of inspiration.

Both scholars have also contributed directly to the journal's publications, reflecting their continued engagement with its academic mission.
