Education Tomorrow publishes multidisciplinary research in education, social sciences, technology, and development studies. The journal welcomes submissions that demonstrate:

- Relevance to practitioners, policymakers, and scholars globally
2. Open Access
All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. Readers and institutions are not charged for access.
3. Funding and Fees
- The journal is fully supported by the Kipchumba Foundation.
- Authors of conference papers incur no fees.
- Independent submissions are subject to a USD 25 Manuscript Administration Fee (MAF), payable at submission.
- The MAF supports peer review management, editorial correspondence, DOI assignment, and indexing preparation.
- There are no Article Processing Charges (APCs), and editorial decisions are made solely on scholarly merit.
4. Ethics and Integrity
Education Tomorrow adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability throughout the editorial process.
5. Licensing
All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This permits sharing, adaptation, and commercial use with proper attribution.

6. Plagiarism
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with similarity scores exceeding 15% (excluding references) will not proceed to peer review.
7. Use of Generative AI
Education Tomorrow recognizes the growing role of AI tools in academic research and writing.
- Permitted Uses: AI tools (e.g., for grammar correction, data visualization, coding assistance) may be used, provided their use is fully disclosed in the Acknowledgements section.
- Prohibited Uses: AI tools cannot be credited as authors and may not replace human originality, critical thinking, or scholarly accountability.
- Author Responsibility: Authors retain full responsibility for all content, including text, data, and visuals generated with AI assistance.
- Detection: The journal reserves the right to screen submissions for undisclosed or excessive AI-generated content.
