3. Manuscript Administration Fee (MAF)

To sustain editorial operations, a USD 25 MAF applies at submission. This fee supports:

• Peer review coordination
• Editorial correspondence
• DOI assignment and indexing
• Digital archiving and communications

It is not a publication charge and does not influence editorial outcomes.

4. Archiving and Preservation

Education Tomorrow ensures long-term accessibility through:

• LOCKSS/CLOCKSS institutional partnerships
• Indexing repositories (Zenodo, DOAJ, Google Scholar)
• Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for persistent referencing
